We may replace leaders, throw money at problems and perform charitable acts.  We may even fix the immediate problems, but we are not fixing the overall problems, just the symptoms.  To fix the overall problems, the change must come from within each of us and we must take responsibility for ourselves, our actions and our own happiness.  As a culture we have now evolved enough to move beyond the old skepticism of the temporary.  We are capable of a global view, a higher insight, not needing to impose our truth on others out of fear and self-doubt in order to give our faith validity, but existing as a whole through our individual discovery of innate enlightenment.
