Returns & Replacement Policy:
Damage in Transit:
User should not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. If you accept a package that is damaged or tampered with, our return policy does not hold.
Returns/Replacements
If it is found upon opening the packaging that the item was damaged or defective, Waiest.com should be contacted immediately (within 48 hours) and informed about the damage or defect.
The user can seek replacement for the products if they are found defective in material or workmanship (damaged materials, stains, missing components etc.) provided that the product(s) is returned within 7 business days, in the same condition as received by the user to Waiest.com’s address mentioned in the package and the original invoice is enclosed. Waiest.com reserves the right to determine whether the product has been damaged in transit or damaged while being used. User may contact us for assistance in replacement/return of the product.
